Shipping & Warehouse
1. Shipping from warehouse in California or New Jersey depending on inventory and shipping address. The logistics company will be USPS or UPS (cannot be specified).
2. The UK and German warehouses primarily serve local customers (some of the products).
3. The China warehouse is primarily used for emergency out-of-stock shipments.
Discreet Packaging
We will provide you with discreet packaging in different sizes and types depending on the item you have purchased.
Neither "Bestvibe" nor our logo will appear anywhere on the outside of the package. Of course, there will be no mention of the nature of the contents.
The only things on the package are the shipping labels and other logistics stickers.
Payment
We currently only accept payments via PayPal and credit card to ensure the security and efficiency of payments.
If there are other payment methods that work for you, please feel free to share your suggestions with us!
Transportation Costs
Standard shipping is $7 per order and free shipping on orders over $69 !
Order Processing Time
After receiving your order, the product in your order will be shipped within 24h-48h, except for weekends, holidays and special circumstances such as out of stock.
Normally, after we ship the package, you will receive it about 3-5 days later.
Return & Refund
1. If you want to cancel the order, please contact the customer service in time (at least within 24h). Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled (except for refusing the package).
2. You have the right to return an unopened product in its original packaging within 180 days for any reason. (Return shipping costs are at your expense)
3. You have the right to request a free replacement if there is a quality problem with the product within 180 days.
Out of stock or pre-sold
If you have ordered a product that is out of stock or on pre-sale, please contact us (service@bestvibe.com) to find out the estimated shipping time or ask for solutions. .
Without any sex words on it
There are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a courier sticker depending on the service used.
