Updating my review:The original item I received clearly had many defects & I was extremely worried.The merchant reached out to me with the utmost respect and empathy and made it right. I'm truly in shock how awesome my support with UrDearest went. They kindly sent a replacement and the replacement is exactly what I expected the original item should've been. Within the packaging the Silicone on the dildo was moist which is a good thing to keep it from being dry/pealing no cracks in the silicone. Took 2 hours to charge & the battery lasted a little over an hour. Thrusting, vibration, and heat all work no issues with that. I have not used it yet, only went through all the tests and no complaints on any functionality.Thank you again for the service and compassion.
