Purchased for my husband and he loved it. Came packaged very discreetly, looked like any other amazon package we’ve gotten before. It was very easy to use, did come with some basic instructions. I tested the suction on the palm of his hand first, and we played with the different options first before actually putting it on. I suggest doing the same to get a feel for the suction, very easy to use. The lady bits were very soft and squishy and he enjoyed that. It comes with some water based lube which is nice if you don’t have any already. Definitely a toy that we will be adding to our rotation. It’s pretty quiet, but does make some noise when the air releases so keep that in mind. Cleaning was very easy, the tube separates from the buttons which helps a lot. The lady bits needed a quick rinse and we just set it out to dry.

So…… this is extremely powerful. Be careful and proceed with caution. Use water based lube. I got this for my partner as a surprise. I thought it would be something fun to try and it was! It didn’t come with instructions to assemble but that was easy to figure out. There were instructions for cleaning it which I appreciated. You also get the cords for charging etc. My SO said the attachment felt so life like. Honestly, I was impressed too. It worked quite well for us. Super easy to use and it gave what it was supposed to if you know what I mean. I’m excited to explore it more overtime.

I wasn't expecting much, but this unit surprised me how much suction it creates. Excellent product. Any pump works better if you shave your package area completely smooth around your shaft, to maintain a good seal, I got MUCH better suction and duration by doing so. Do not use for too long, or you can get the 'donut effect' by pulling too much lymphatic fluid into the penile tissue. This tops out at 19cm, so if you're much over 7' already, you may want to look for a unit with a longer vacuum tube. Lastly, I recommend a large rubber cock ring around the balls, as devices like these have been known to suck a testicle into the chamber, causing excruciating pain. A rubber ring will keep that from happening, although you might still feel this pump trying to do so.
