If you don't use it then air leaks out whenever you move the thing. It's a soft rubber whoosh noise, not super loud, but... it sounds like a pitbull just goin to town on a broken squeaky toy.

You have to pull out the soft stuff over the lip of the hard plastic before using it. Otherwise the hard plastic will scrape you. You can still close the lid with it pulled out around the hard plastic. I'm sure that's in the directions but who tf actually reads directions on a pocked pu$$y...

I've experimented with several toys over the years, and this one, I really like. It's soft, and stretchy, and sees more use than the other toys I've had. It's pretty durable, as it hasn't started to tear yet. It's easy to clean, just pull it out of the hard sleeve, and flip it inside out, wash with mild soap and water, and set out to dry. Use can be a little bit loud, due to the hole in the top, but put your finger over the hole, and the suction becomes intense. Almost too intense. Without the sleeve, the suction isn't nearly as good. It's overall a pretty good toy. I recommend getting it.

I'm not a fan of the plastic tube it comes in. It makes a very loud suction noise when being used so if you're looking for something more discreet it might not be for you. But I did remove the inner tube and I use it like that. Very comfortable and feels incredibly nice. Would recommend for the inner sleeve alone.
