This was packaged in a nice, plastic-sealed box and came with a charging cable and easy to read instructions. The toy has a silky smooth "skin". The interior measures 4.5" long and about 1.5" across, with an open design that should fit most guys. It has an inner ribbed texture that creates an all around effect on the “big guy”. The motor is incredibly strong; much stronger than my other stimulators. You have the option of using multiple modes of vibrations to keep things fun and interesting.
