Some toys have a few variations on speed or vibrations but this beast has too many to count. You can vary depth, speed and motion as you hold on. The flat bottom will also allow for use if you have a flat surface at just your right height. It comes with two cups for that extra variety. I'd say my only knock on it is that because of its size you won't be storing this in your nightstand unless you have a pretty big drawer.
