3, How to cancel my order?

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.If you are sure to cancel the order, please contact customer service ASAP. Our E-mail:[email protected].

4, How do you ship? Where did the package come from?

We ship by USPS or Fedex for the final delivery. Once the order is processed an invoice will be sent to you. It can take 2 to 3 days from the date the package is picked up to update their tracking link.
The package will be sent from our local warehouse.

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address.
Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded.
