Worked great until we tried to sync it to my phone fpr my partner and suddenly its disconnected. I had the orginal one replaced twice due to tech issues, but the replacement worked great. Recently we were going to set up some fun time between my partner and myself, and now its disconnected. I contact lush via email, and they keep repeating that once its replaced they disconnect the old toys. I know this, and I keep explaining that I no longer have the old toys, only the replacement that worked perfectly fine until a couple days ago. They keep telling me to use the replacement.
