Leave it at suction level one or be ready to press the release/deflate button - It's powerful. Would be nice to press hold vibration button to have it stop. Generally nice toy. Kinda bulky but in my opinion way better than fleshlight and better than stroker. Cleaning is average - little challenging to open the sleeve but manageable. So far so good lasted over a month. Don't ever drop it. Good investment.

This was a new one for me. The suction is really powerful but its easy to control. The vibration modes work really well with it and really a blast to use. Cleanup is quick and easy and it comes with a handy storage bag. Use plenty of lube when using this. The packaging is mostly discreet although it does have an outline drawing of whats inside. Man, if only you buy this thing and hook it to your phone, you could test your blood pressure. The vacuum on this device is amazing. Once you press the button for suction, hold on tight. Once you get the hang of all the controls, this unit is awesome. The sounds of girls moaning and stuff is kinda silly, but if you're into that, go for it.
