Great for massages. After being rearended twice in 2018 and ending therapy, I still experience discomfort. So, I purchased the massage wand for massages, especially the rear shoulder and neck areas. Although it offers minor relief, it helps. I like that the wand has different settings and is very lightweight. The battery life seems good, but I have only used twice after purchasing almost a month ago.
