Toy came packaged in a really nice box. It didn't have any weird smells or anything like that. Customer support is also really good at responding to emails extremely quickly so if you do have a problem they will really take care of you. The toy has a really nice soft to the touch feel and is slightly squishy but still extremely firm. At the neck the toy can bend to accommodate. This would be a good toy for beginners and more advanced people. The vibrations have quite a few options and are quite strong. All of the settings are pretty intense so that can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your taste, I personally enjoyed the more intense vibrations. All in all if you are debating this toy I would definitely go for it especially at this price point. The quality is extremely good for what you are getting. :)
