I have used the manual versions before but this is worlds better. The insert is easy to clean and it comes with nice headphones. The stroke is about 2" and you can very the speeds. The sound is a nice touch. It charged fast and the battery lasted long. Should have bought one of these sooner. The packaging is nice and it is pretty quiet.

I wish the motor was a little quieter, and stronger (to push against), but overall, it gets the job done nicely! The actual sleeve feels really good, and since it can be removed for cleaning, the sleeve can also be used "manually" when more quiet or discreet use is required.
