Product is long, hard and rigid. It's not that thick and should deep inside most people. All the features were working for me, vibrating, thrusting and heat. Remote was also working.
Just note that the thrusting is not that much, maybe an inch or so of difference. Don't expect an actual pounding with this. I consider it more like a vibrating thrust. It did its job, stimulated me inside and helped me finish.
