The silicone has a nice soft pliable feel to it, not hard very soft and velvet like. Inside the box is The massager, a wireless remote, a mini usb cable and instructions. The massager also has multiple vibrating modes, then cycles to a pulse type of vibrating. I did have a slight issue stretching it enough to fit my testicles through but once in they were snug and thats the point.
